Died at the Battle of the Loc Ninh Plantation.

I remember Charles for his smile and his humor, Always made me laugh. Every time I think of Charles I get sad, A couple of weeks before he died he received a letter that he was a new father, I remember the pride he had and the things he was going to do with his new baby when he got home.

We were walking down Highway 13,when a sniper started firing, we all went down, but the old mama san just kept on walking. That’s Richard, in the photo
